You land in a production of about 30 employees, where CNC machining and metalworking are the core of daily life. Employment: Permanent employment - we are looking for people we can work with for many years. No short-term courses.

Everyday: CNC, finishing and operational optimization

Your everyday Tasks typically start from a drawing, a CAM file or a workpiece that needs to run stably in production. You prepare setup, think through toolpaths and adjust the process when finish or tolerances require it.

You will among other things work with

• Works with CNC machining of parts with requirements for precision and finish
• Prepares setup and commissioning of new and existing parts
• Optimizes tool paths, clamping and processes
• Maintains equipment and contributes to stable operation
• Measures, documents and collaborates with quality

When a task is tricky, you are expected to speak up and have it solved properly instead of passing something half-finished on. It is technical work where small adjustments can be the difference between trouble and production running.

We are looking for you who can tick most boxes You don't have to be an expert in every corner of the field. But you must be able to stand behind what you deliver.

• Have experience with CNC machining
