You land in a production where metal, steel and plastic are machined on CNC machines. The work ranges from long turning, automatic turning and milling, so there is plenty of technical work to tackle. The machine fleet is broad, and there is a clear daily routine around parts that must be produced, measured and delivered properly. Everyday: CNC, metrology and quality assurance

Your everyday

You work at the machines with parts that must be turned, milled, measured and delivered properly. The task shifts between processing, inspection and adjustment, so the tolerances hold. When a part is finished, metrology and quality assurance are a fixed part of the job.

You will, among other things, be working with

• Machining parts on CNC machines
• Working with long turning, automatic turning and milling
• Inspecting dimensions and quality of finished parts
• Adjusting setups and tools according to the task
• Using metrology in the ongoing production

There is room to learn more, but you must be able to take responsibility for your own parts. If something doesn’t add up, speak up in time so the production doesn’t continue on an incorrect basis.

You don’t have to be an expert in every corner of the trade. But you must be able to stand behind what you deliver.

• Have experience as an industrial technician or CNC operator
• Have worked with CNC machining, milling or turning
• Can use metrology and inspect your own parts
• Are stable and arrive as agreed
• Say if something isn’t right

It is an advantage if you have experience from a machine shop or production. But the most important thing is that you like precise work and take responsibility for the quality.
