Industrial Technician / Machinist for CNC Machining Center (Korsør)

Pakma ApS is seeking a skilled industrial technician to operate a Mazak machining center.

Who are we?

Pakma Maskinfabrik is a make-to-order full-service supplier.

We typically work with various metals and plastic materials. We machine many prototypes for special machines and usually in small batches – typically 1–50 pcs.

We stay up to date with the latest technology in machining and in recent years, among other things, have invested in three new Mazak machining centers.

In the company we are 12 employees, where the majority are industrial technicians/machine operators and all with different experience and seniority, which contributes to a versatile and competent sparring among colleagues.

What do we expect?

• That you have a professional education as Industrial Technician or

Machine Operator. We prefer that you have relevant experience within CNC chip-producing machining.

It would also be an advantage if you have knowledge of ISO, Mazatrol or EdgeCam.

• You will need to handle setup, programming, documentation and self-inspection yourself, which is why we also expect you to have a good sense of quality and take pride in your work.

Your daily tasks will be varied and challenge your professional competences.

• That you can work independently (of course after training) but we also have a close collaboration across the organisation and we place emphasis on helping each other when necessary.

The most important for us is that the chemistry fits, and that you become a good part of the team. If you do not have experience with Mazatrol and EdgeCam yet? That should not hold you back – we ensure thorough training for the right person.

What can we offer?

Pakma ApS is just 2 minutes from the Vest Motorway exit 42 near Korsør.

The normal working hours are from 6:30 – 15:05 and on Fridays from 6:30 – 11:45 but there is the possibility of flex time.

Pakma is a member of Tekniq Employers and has a collective agreement with Dansk Metal.

Wages are set according to qualifications.

There is a relaxed tone in the factory and humor is a factor we value highly!

We have an employee club where we arrange events/trips outside working hours.
