You will land in a larger industrial production, where metal, powder metallurgy and precision fill a big part of daily life. The work is located in Hobro, and you will become part of a setup where production, quality and operations are closely connected. These are not small hobby projects, but components and solutions for demanding industrial customers, where the targets must fit and the machines must run stably.

The role suits you who enjoy being close to the machines while taking responsibility for what comes out the other end. You will work with CNC machining, metrology, quality assurance and optimization of operations. There is room for a professional who speaks up in time if something doesn’t add up.

What you get Salary: DKK 180-200 per hour

Colleagues: Approximately 165 employees

Collective agreement: Employed under the applicable collective agreement

Everyday: CNC, metrology and operational optimization

Your everyday The day revolves around CNC machining, control measurements and the small adjustments that keep production running stably. Once a series is in progress, you monitor dimensions, quality and operations, and you respond if something starts to deviate.

You will among other things work with

• CNC machining of parts in production
• Measuring parts and following up on quality
• Maintaining equipment and dealing with downtime
• Optimizing processes so machines run better
• Using metrology and quality assurance in daily work

It is a daily life where you must like both machines, numbers and practical problem solving. If a measurement doesn’t look right, or a machine does not run as it should, it is important that you take action immediately.

We are looking for you who can tick most boxes You don’t need to be an expert in every corner of the field. But you must be able to stand behind what you deliver.

We imagine that you

• Have a driving license
• Have experience as an industrial technician or with CNC machining
• Have a couple of years of experience from production or machine machining
• Can work with metrology and quality assurance
• Are stable and speak up if something isn’t right

It is an advantage if you have worked with maintenance, operational optimization or quality before. The most important thing is that you enjoy a daily life close to the machines.
