Industry Solution Technology Engineer

On behalf of a large international client, we are seeking an Industry Solution Technology Engineer for an international team that delivers and integrates solutions within EV charging, data centers and renewable energy in the Nordics. You will have a central role in getting projects safely from design to commissioning, and on to stable operation and measurable customer value.

The position of Industry Solution Technology Engineer is a fixed-term employment of 12 months.

Your tasks

• Take responsibility for system integration in customer deliveries: implementation, testing, verification and acceptance/hand-over
• Support business and system discovery (surveys) in industrial solution projects
• Support deployment/rollout design in delivery projects, including platform rollout and design of integrations and verification setup
• Ensure effective coordination of partner solutions and contribute to the management of the implementation itself (plan, responsibility, progress)
• Support planning and design of BOS (Business Operations Support). service and tool solutions, verification as well as definition and management of value indicators/KPI's.
• Follow up on the implementation of operations solutions, drive installed base follow-up with existing customers and actively work on customer experience.
• Collaboration with HQ on service solutions and sales strategy: support Nordic country teams in bids/tenders; clarify scope/delivery with partners and contribute to training/enablement of local service teams and service partners.

Your profile

• You thrive at the intersection of customer, delivery, operations and partners and can create structure in complex processes
• You are customer-oriented and have a natural service and sales mindset (e.g., what creates value, and what is needed to deliver).
• You communicate clearly and can present solutions and status in a way that both technical and non-technical stakeholders understand.
• You work confidently in an international and multicultural collaboration.
• You master Danish and English in writing and speaking. It is an advantage if you can speak Chinese.
• 3+ years of experience with renewable energy and/or data centers (or closely related industrial projects).
• Experience with at least one of the following: industry solution design, service architecture, delivery implementation, service integration or similar delivery.
• Experience with project/delivery management and collaboration with multiple stakeholders
• Basic product/domain understanding within e.g. EV charging network, PV, BESS, data center.
