Information Security Coordinator

In IT and Digitisation in Holbæk Municipality we are seeking an information security coordinator who will help protect citizens' data and the municipality's digital services. Digitisation creates new opportunities for citizens and employees, but also places greater demands on cybersecurity, data protection and robust operation. You will help us translate requirements, risks and legislation into solutions that work in practice.

About the job

As information security coordinator you will play a key role with great influence on the municipality's security work. You will be the link between management, disciplines, IT and external partners and work with both advisory, coordination and concrete security tasks. One day you will prepare a risk assessment or a decision document for management. The next day you will follow up with a supplier, handle a security incident or help colleagues understand what security requirements mean for their work.

Your tasks will include

• Drive and further develop the municipality's work with information security and cybersecurity
• Implement and follow up on NIS2, GDPR and ISO 27001
• Prepare risk assessments, DPIAs and security assessments
• Support management with reporting, KPIs and decision documents
• Handle security incidents, data breaches and contingency activities
• Conduct supplier audits and work with data processing agreements
• Develop awareness campaigns and training for managers and employees
• Contribute to governance around AI and new digital technologies

About us

You will be part of the information security team of three dedicated and helpful colleagues who work, among others, with information security, cybersecurity and GDPR.

We are part of a larger department called IT and Digitisation, which consists of four other teams: Support, Digitisation, Operations and Automation, and together we are 34 employees.

IT and Digitisation is part of the staff function Development, IT and Communication, which besides IT and Digitisation also includes HR, HUSC and Communication.

• Communicate confidently with both technicians, managers and professionals
