As an Infrastructure consultant you will have a central role at the intersection of technology, advisory and business. You will become part of a strong consulting team, where you help customers make the right technological choices, carry out complex projects and create secure, stable and future-proof IT solutions.

You will be based at one of our offices in Denmark, but you also have the flexibility to work from home or at the customer’s site.

Your role

You are the customer’s trusted advisor, and you own the assignment with the customer – regardless of the size of the assignment. You can as a starting point also help decide whether you work onsite, remote or a combination. Overall, your tasks will vary in complexity and length, but will as a rule include the following areas of responsibility:

• Advise on IT security and technologies such as Office 365, Intune, cloud and traditional Windows servers.
• Carry out implementation projects and migrations – the day-to-day operations we leave to our operations department.
• Optimize, operate and maintain solutions within private and public cloud.
• Integrate different technologies.
• Work with PaaS, SaaS and IaaS as well as security-focused system administration.

Customers also expect that we have the latest certifications and follow the trends in technology – and we do, because we are passionate about IT.

We are looking for a teamm8 who

Is proud of your IT professionalism and has the ability to build trust with customers. You do not need to be able to tick every box on our technical wishlist, because we have just as much need for the cloud/MS-365 specialist as for you who have a grasp of several different tools, and can help customers make the complex simple.

We imagine that you

• Have a relevant education in IT infrastructure, e.g. IT support or Data Technician.
• Know technologies such as Intune/Autopilot, Office 365, Exchange, Remote Desktop, Multi-Factor Authentication, Microsoft infrastructure, Windows Server and Azure.
• Have experience with Microsoft 365, VMware, Hyper-V and virtual platforms.
• Possibly have experience working with networking and security, but this is not a requirement.
• Communicate in Danish and English both verbally and in writing.
