About the position

We are seeking an Inside Sales Specialist for our Aalborg office, who will be tasked with supporting the sales process by preparing smaller quotes, coordinating prices with suppliers and logistics, and ensuring that customers' needs are converted into concrete orders and purchases for both our global and Danish customers.

Many different tasks

• Handling customer inquiries, quotes and orders, including follow-up
• Customer advising on products, including focus on upselling
• Participation in customer meetings in customer teams
• Collaboration and coordination in sales/customer teams on larger tasks
• Contact with distributors and manufacturers

We envision that you

• Have a minimum of 3 years' experience in an Inside Sales, Backoffice Customer Care or sales support role within IT
• Have experience handling and delivering to global customers
• Have industry experience with and product knowledge of the IT industry
• Are good at working in a systematic and structured way
• Communicate friendly and clearly both verbally and in writing – also in English
• Have an engaged approach to collaboration with both customers and colleagues
• Have an understanding of the importance of top-class customer service
• Have the ability to work in customer teams with support to both customers and the sales team
