Instructor for an online course in Greenlandic

In LOF we would like to expand our range of online language courses with instruction in Greenlandic.

We are therefore seeking a dedicated instructor who understands how to make online teaching lively, present, and engaging for the participants.

There are no formal educational requirements, but the job requires that you are proficient in the language you will teach and have pedagogical experience with teaching languages. You must be able to convey your knowledge in Danish.

Course participants in the evening school expect a high level and effective teaching, while the atmosphere in the class is important. It should be fun and educational to attend evening classes, and you as the instructor must have the ability to create the framework for this.

Employment

This concerns a single language course with one weekly teaching session. The teaching takes place online via Zoom and occurs in late afternoon or evening.

The position is available for occupancy from January 2027.

Salary and terms of employment follow the guidelines for teaching under the Folk High School Act.
