Interim Project Manager & Site Lead – process piping and pharma

Have you led large mechanical installations from the construction site and thrive at combining production, progress and finances in one responsibility? Then you could be the project manager Beritech is seeking for a process piping project at their site in Køge.

You will be employed by FlexTemp and work on site with Beritech throughout the project period, which is expected to last 10–12 months.

About the role

You take the overall delivery responsibility for the project's daily execution. You report to Beritech's PMO and lead the project's Core Team and Site Team. The team includes, among others, a construction manager, planner, controller, QA/QC and HSE. You are Beritech's primary operational contact.

Your tasks

• Lead the daily execution on site: staffing, subcontractors, work fronts and prioritization of released work
• Lead weekly Core Team and Site Team meetings and, together with the planner, ensure realistic weekly plans and production follow-up
• Ensure clear decisions, agreements, minutes and follow-up with the client
• Document changes, delays and consequences in a timely manner in Dalux and provide input to time and payment requirements
• Own the budget, forecast, risks and management reporting in collaboration with the controller and planner
• Coordinate technical releases with the technical project manager and follow up on HSE, QA/QC, testing, documentation and handover

We expect that you

• Have documented experience leading larger mechanical installations, preferably process piping in pharma or similar
• Have solid site experience with planning, production management and coordination across trades and contract parties
• Understand construction contracts, quantity surveying and change management
• Can read and challenge execution basis and isometrics
• Communicate confidently in Danish and English
• Preferably have experience with Dalux and systematic reporting

Practical
