About the internship

As an intern at Aros Forsikring you will have every opportunity to test theory in practice in collaboration with your skilled colleagues.

We are seeking interns in our sales department, customer service and claims department. We primarily hire interns who will be in internship for more than 4 months.

As an intern in sales and/or customer service you will gain hands-on experience in identifying customers' needs, advising on insurance and finding the best solutions. As an office underwriter you will be responsible for running and developing your own client portfolio – and thus a unique opportunity to make a real difference for many people through proper and personal guidance. Along the way you will build a solid knowledge of coverages, terms and our customer promises – and learn how to translate them into attentive service in practice.

In the claims department you become part of a closely collaborating team, where you gain insight into the whole process around claims. You work with insurance terms, reserve setting and follow-up on ongoing cases – and gain a good understanding of how we help customers as best as possible when the damage has occurred.
