Intern, HRfamly ApS

Do you want to try your hand at marketing, customer communication, HR and business development, and at the same time gain insight into how an HR platform is developed and scaled? As an intern at HRfamly you will be an active part of the team and gain hands-on experience with the entire customer journey. You will among other things work with content and SoMe, customer demos, onboarding, support and development of our communication and business.

HRfamly

HRfamly is developed by betterpeople based on our experience with HR and recruitment. Whereas betterpeople works with recruitment and HR consulting, HRfamly is our digital HR platform that helps companies collect and structure their HR processes.

Together, HRfamly and betterpeople form a team of 8-10 employees with a shared office in the heart of Aarhus C. As an intern you will therefore be part of an environment where HR, recruitment, sales and marketing meet in everyday life.

Your main tasks will be

• Customer dialogue and onboarding: Participate in demos of HRfamly, help new customers get started and ensure ongoing good dialogue with existing customers.
• HR support: Help our customers with questions about the platform and HR-related issues both in writing and orally.
• Content and SoMe: Produce relevant and engaging content for, among other things, LinkedIn and Facebook.
• SEO and website: Write content about HR, recruitment, new trends and relevant legislation with a focus on developing and SEO-optimizing our website.
• Visual communication: Produce graphic material for SoMe, website, sales materials and the HRfamly platform based on our visual identity.
• Business development: Contribute ideas and input on how we can develop HRfamly and create even more value for our current and future customers.

Who are you?

Your field of study is not the most important for us. The decisive factor is that you are curious, take initiative and want to work with communication, marketing, customers and HR.

You do not need to know everything in advance, but we expect that you

• communicate strongly both in writing and orally
• have an interest in SoMe, content and digital communication
• are creative and have an eye for how messages are conveyed visually
• take responsibility and follow your tasks through
• are curious about customers and their needs
• thrive with different types of tasks and want to contribute your own ideas
• are helpful and want to be an active part of the team

Experience with SoMe, advertising or graphic work is an advantage, but not a requirement.

We also prioritise the social community and organize, among other things, Friday bars, sports and other social activities throughout the year. In the office we also have a lunch scheme, fresh fruit, coffee and tea.

The internship period runs during the spring semester 2027, and we are flexible regarding start, writing days and exams.
