We are seeking a creative marketing assistant, 30-37 hours per week

Do you want the freedom to put your own mark on the marketing in a large local consumer co-operative – and at the same time stay close to the stores, the customers and the good stories?

You will have a direct report to the operations manager and a central role in ensuring that we get the maximum out of our marketing across our stores. This both in everyday life and in the long term.

We are looking for you who sees opportunities yourself, gets ideas – and brings them to life. This is not a position where you sit in an office and wait for tasks.

You get great freedom – and a great deal of responsibility

Your main task will be to create a coherent marketing strategy and plan for BMO and the individual business units and not least ensure that it is translated into action in the everyday life of the stores.

Your daily work will primarily take place out in our stores, where the stories, the employees and the customers are.

You will, among other things, be able to

• Plan and coordinate our local marketing across the stores
• Develop a consolidated marketing plan and ensure that we follow it
• Find and tell the good stories from our stores and local areas
• Position us locally and visibly in connection with our sponsorships, partners, activities etc.
• Create content for our social media – Facebook, Instagram, Tik TOK etc.
• Record, edit and produce video content
• Help the stores with campaigns, activities and local marketing initiatives
• Ensure a clear thread in our communication
• Train and coach the individual stores on their local marketing and potential

Who are you?

Your education and title are not the most important to us.

You may be marketing educated, a content creator, a communications student, a freelancer or have learned it all through practical experience. It would be a great advantage if you have knowledge of grocery retail – where things move quickly and deadlines are often short.

• Can create structure and keep a marketing plan going

We can celebrate 125 years as a local consumer co-operative in Middelfart and surroundings this year. In addition to Kvickly Middelfart we count SuperBrugsen Strib, 365 Discount Gelsted, 365 Discount Brenderup, several OK facilities and several rental properties for business and private use.
