AGRAMKOW Fluid Systems A/S wishes to strengthen the collaboration with SDU and therefore offers students the opportunity to carry out their final project in a practical and industry-relevant environment.

AGRAMKOW Fluid Systems A/S is an international company specializing in the development and production of advanced solutions for handling and testing refrigerants and gases – primarily for the refrigeration industry. The company continuously works on optimizing production, digitalization and implementation of new technologies.

Project opportunities

We offer project programs in the following two main areas

Time studies and production optimization

• Analysis of existing production processes
• Identification of bottlenecks and waste
• Carrying out time studies (time studies)
• Optimization of flow and capacity utilization
• Implementation of Lean principles and improvement measures
• Data-driven basis for improvements

Purpose

To increase efficiency, reduce waste and strengthen production performance.

Implementation of PLIS (Production Line Information System)

• Analysis of existing data infrastructure and needs
• Design and implementation of PLIS solution in production
• Integration with existing systems
• Visualization and use of production data
• Development of dashboards and KPI monitoring
• Support for data-driven production and decision making

Purpose

To create transparency in production and support digital transformation.
