ISS is seeking facilities attendants for a pharmaceutical client in Hillerød

Do you have a sharp eye for details and are you passionate about delivering top-class service? Then you might be our new colleague! ISS is seeking both full-time property caretakers and substitutes for our Site Service Team at a major pharmaceutical customer in Hillerød.

Your tasks – where you make a difference

As our new property caretaker/handyman you will be part of our local Site Service team consisting of 15 employees, who collectively are responsible for delivering superb service and assistance to our client.

Your tasks span a wide range, but mainly include

• Light repairs and assembly of office furniture etc
• Internal moves as well as desk arrangements
• Setup of whiteboards and other lighter craft tasks
• And much more ad hoc
• Minor maintenance tasks of buildings

The position is 37 hours per week , and the working hours are Monday–Thursday from 07:00–15:00 and Friday from 07:00–14:30.

Who are you?

• Have experience with property service tasks and preferably in building operations
• Service-minded with a focus on the customer and takes pride in quality
• IT skills for everyday use
• Can communicate in Danish and English in writing and speaking
• Trained property service technician is an advantage or similar experience
• Preferably experience from the pharmaceutical industry

You take pride in delivering good service to both customers and colleagues, show independence, responsibility and flexibility and ensure that tasks are followed through. You are approachable and people-oriented and can navigate at all organizational levels and communicate across disciplines.
