Experienced property officer sought for an exciting permanent position.

Do you have solid experience with technical operation/maintenance of larger properties, and do you thrive in a role with responsibility, quality and collaboration? Then maybe you are the one we are seeking for a full-time position of 37 hours in a brand-new, large property in Copenhagen's Nordhavn.

About the position

We are seeking a technically strong employee for the daily operation of one fixed property with office premises, reception and kitchen facilities. The position is aimed at the technical operation of the property and suits you who have experience with building management, installations and technical systems.

You will be part of a good working environment with good colleagues, and you will have a permanent colleague attached to the same property, so there are good opportunities for sparring and collaboration in daily life.

There is no stair cleaning or garden maintenance in the position.

We imagine that you

• have a minimum of 5 years' experience in the property service industry or similar technical operation
• are technically competent and work independently and in a structured way
• have strong IT literacy
• have extensive experience with CTS & KNX
• have knowledge of Dalux (advantage)
• are extremely service-minded and have a smile on your face
• have at least DBi 005 course as well as basic fire fighting

It is important that ownership, integrity and quality are part of your DNA.

Your background could for example be as a property technician, electrician, carpenter, mason or other relevant craft training which can stand alone or be combined with experience in technical property management.
