The job as IT Infrastructure Engineer

You will be part of a technology organization with high ambitions, skilled colleagues, and a culture driven by short feedback cycles and simplicity.

We are looking for someone who enjoys taking responsibility, solving technical problems, and getting things done. You will have the freedom to use your technical expertise and make a visible impact - no time tracking, no unnecessary admin. Just time to focus on the work that gives you energy.

You can look forward to

• Work directly with colleagues across Technology and the business to understand needs and translate them into technical solutions

Your qualifications and personal skills

At MFT Energy, we value people who take responsibility and are eager to make things better. You do not need to know everything, but we expect you to have strong hands-on experience with Microsoft cloud infrastructure and a genuine interest in building and operating high-quality IT environments.

• A degree within Computer Science, Information Technology, Network Engineering, or similar
• Proven hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure infrastructure
• Strong technical understanding of cloud networking, identity, security, and endpoint management
• Experience with Microsoft Intune and Azure Entra ID
• Solid troubleshooting skills across infrastructure, cloud services, and clients
• The ability to work independently and take ownership of both projects and daily operations
• A pragmatic mindset and the ability to balance security, stability, and business needs
