- Work in a structured manner and can document relevant pedagogical efforts.
- Contribute actively to a work environment characterized by cooperation, humor, professionalism and mutual respect.
About you
You are first and foremost a farmer at heart and in professionalism. You want to be an active part of the development of our organic farm and are motivated by seeing the results of your work, both in the field, the stable and with the people you work with.
In addition
- Are you passionate about creating meaningful workdays for citizens with special needs.
- Are you clear, appreciative and respectful in your communication with citizens, relatives, colleagues and partners.
- Are you able to meet people at eye level and create a safe framework for participation and development.
- Do you have energy and desire for physical work and thrive on the variation between operations, maintenance and pedagogical tasks.
- Contribute with positivity, flexibility and curiosity, even when daily life changes.
- That you commit to an independent operational responsibility for farming and animal husbandry.
