We are looking for a Google Ads Sales and Onboarding Specialist for our international office in Barcelona - Start on November 9.

What does a Google Ads Sales and Onboarding Specialist do?

You work closely with ambitious companies that need to be onboarded to digital growth. You advise on Pay-Per-Click campaigns (PPC), identify growth opportunities and create long-term value. With an understanding of market dynamics and strategic thinking you strengthen system integration and customer loyalty — with impact and relationships at the center.

Create growth and digital results

You develop and optimize campaigns, prospect customers via phone and video, and identify solutions that match their unique needs. You build trust and ensure your customers get the full return on their digital investments — both short and long term.

Strengthen customer journeys and partnerships

You handle a high volume of customers and advise in complex contexts. You work with strategies that increase ROI and campaign spend, and assist with integration across platforms. You use AI tools in your daily life and communicate effectively with different stakeholders — always with respect for data security and GDPR.

You will be part of a global team in the heart of Barcelona, where technology and marketing meet.

English-speaking work environment is standard, and you receive fully paid onboarding, personal coaches and access to certifications. The position opens doors to internal career development and exciting projects within digital marketing.

Your responsibilities

• Onboarding of customers and building long-term relationships via phone and video meetings
• Development of performance-driven PPC strategies
• Proactive selling and campaign optimization
• Updating and maintaining customer data
• Advising on digital positioning and advertising
• Understanding ROI and integration with other platforms
• Support and strategic planning at Nordic level

Your qualifications

• Danish and English at minimum C1
• Bachelor's degree or relevant experience in marketing/sales/telemarketing
• Familiarity with Google Ads, CRM and data management
• Proactive and strategic approach to customer tasks
• Ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments
• Passion for digital marketing and business development
