Join Halfspace’s Strategy & Execution Team — Shaping the Future with AI

At Halfspace, part of Faculty, we help organisations use artificial intelligence to make better, more informed decisions, faster. We began by predicting outcomes in live football matches and have since delivered more than one hundred AI and data projects across industries, earning international recognition for our work.

What truly defines us is our people. Builders and practitioners who learn fast, challenge each other kindly, and bring genuine curiosity about hard problems. Our team brings together expertise across physics, engineering, mathematics, statistics, operations research, computer science, chemistry, economics, biology, design, and strategy. Halfspace is a focused on deep expertise in applied AI. We describe our approach as "inch wide, mile deep".

As a member of our Strategy and Execution team, you will help organisations translate AI plans, priorities, and goals into practical outcomes. You will work closely with clients and internal teams to identify opportunities, shape AI roadmaps, and support the successful implementation of AI and data-driven initiatives.

You understand that AI does not operate in isolation. It sits within an ecosystem of data platforms, engineering capabilities, model development, system integration, governance, and organisational adoption. You can navigate and connect these components so AI initiatives move from idea to scalable implementation.

You will work alongside engineers, scientists, and strategists, combining technical depth with designing impactful solutions for our clients. We value depth, flexibility, trust and balance. We build a space where curious, thoughtful people can grow while working on projects that matter, alongside some of the world’s most interesting companies.

Qualification

Qualifications

• Approximately two to six years of relevant experience in strategy, digital transformation, advisory, or equivalent roles. Ideally within consulting. However, the exact path and number of years matter less to us than the depth and type of what you have worked on.
• Comfort working alongside senior decision-makers and contributing thoughtfully to strategic conversations.
• Clear communication, across technical and non-technical audiences. Efficient in managing stakeholder in a postive way.
• Experience with project work and leading individual workstreams and/or projects.
• Experience contributing to digital, AI, or data strategy work, ideally at organisational level.
• A solid understanding of the end-to-end AI ecosystem and a technical depth in AI or data. This is an advantage, not a requirement. Your core value lies in connecting the pieces and translating them into business outcomes.
• A collaborative default: you lift the people around you and create success within the team instead of focusing on individual performance.

We know that excellent candidates often hesitate to apply unless they meet every requirement listed. Please apply if you believe you can contribute to this role, even if your background does not match every item above. We would rather see your application than miss you.

Compensation and Working Arrangements

We offer benefits that include pension contribution, parental leave provisions consistent with Danish standards, a learning and development budget, and more. This is a Copenhagen-based role with preference of people coming to the office. But we want people to bring their whole self, hence we cater for flexibility to work from home and family life.
