For our head office in Brønderslev we are looking for a warehouse, logistics and procurement manager for a soon-to-be available start.

PM ENERGI is a well-established company with 130+ employees. We deliver tailor-made solutions with generator systems, UPS-, and BESS systems and service them with a focus on high operational reliability and customer satisfaction. With headquarters in Brønderslev and a department in Hedehusene we cover the entire country and work to ensure high quality and reliable solutions for our customers.

Responsibilities

Reporting to the technical manager, you will have the overall responsibility for the strategic and operational management of our warehouse, logistics and procurement department.

The primary tasks consist of

• Strategic and operational leadership of the warehouse, logistics and procurement department
• Responsibilities for spare parts sales, customer inquiries, quotes, orders, deliveries and development of turnover and profit
• Supplier management, including selection, evaluation, development and negotiation of prices, contracts and agreements
• Procurement for production as well as optimization of stock levels, capital binding and stock turnover rate
• Optimization and standardization of processes within purchasing, warehousing and logistics and contribute to cross-functional improvement projects

Qualifications

You have a relevant educational background in procurement, supply chain, logistics, economics or engineering, as well as several years of experience with strategic and operational procurement, supplier negotiations and inventory management – preferably from a technical production or project company. It is also advantageous if you have experience with technical spare parts sales, aftermarket, customer service or another commercial function with close contact to customers and technicians.

Additionally you have experience with people management and are motivated to develop both employees, processes and collaboration across the organization.

You master Danish at a high level in writing and speaking and can communicate confidently and professionally with international suppliers and customers in English. In addition you must have a driving license.

We will of course ensure that you receive a thorough introduction and on-the-job training in the area’s tasks.
