Join Our Winter Service Team

We are looking for reliable and hardworking team members to join our winter service crew responsible for snow removal and salting in a large residential area in Copenhagen South.

This is an on-call position, meaning work is activated based on weather conditions. When snowfall or icy conditions occur, you must be able to report to work within 45 minutes of being called .

Your Responsibilities

• Snow removal from roads, paths, and common areas
• Salting and de-icing of walkways and access routes
• Operating winter maintenance equipment and machinery (training provided if needed)
• Ensuring the area remains safe and accessible for residents
• Working outdoors in varying weather conditions

What We Are Looking For

• Dependable and punctual individuals
• Ability to respond quickly and meet on-site within 45 minutes
• Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors in winter conditions
• Valid driving licence is an advantage
• Experience with snow removal, landscaping, grounds maintenance, or machinery operation is a plus, but not required

Due to the nature of winter operations, applicants must live within a reasonable commuting distance of 8tallet and be able to arrive on-site within 45 minutes when called.
