We need a reliable specialist in Bramming for earth, concrete and excavation work.

You will join a small specialized setup where the tasks revolve around foundations, underpinnings and earthworks. The projects can be near housing, commercial properties and larger buildings, where space constraints and the subsoil must be handled correctly. The work takes place in Bramming and the surrounding area, and a driving license is required because you must be able to meet at the sites.

The special thing about the role is the combination of earth, concrete and foundations. You must be able to work practically, keep track of the sequence and speak up if something doesn’t add up. There is no short pathway laid out - the goal is a permanent position where you can use your experience.

Everyday: Foundation work, earthworks and concrete

Your daily life The work is on the construction site, where the sequence matters: soil first, then preparation and concrete when the site is ready. You will work with the practical steps around excavation, renovation and concrete, and you must be able to maintain an overview when the ground or site conditions change.

You will among other things be working with

• Working with concrete tasks on the construction site
• Carrying out earthwork and excavation
• Assisting on renovation tasks where the substrate must be adjusted
• Preparing for foundations and stable construction
• Leveling and adjusting terrain when the task requires it

It suits you best if you are calm under changing site conditions. Here it is more important to do things correctly the first time than to rush ahead without control.

We are looking for someone who can cross off most boxes You don’t have to be an expert in every corner of the trade. But you must be able to stand by what you deliver.

We imagine that you

• Have at least 3 years of experience with earth, concrete or civil works
• Have a driving license
• Show up reliably and get started
• Can work safely on a construction site
• Speak up if something doesn’t add up

It is an advantage if you have prior experience with foundation tasks. But the most important thing is that your hands are properly skilled and you can work properly.
