You know that an AI tool isn’t finished just because it works the first time. It must be monitored, debugged, documented and kept sharp so colleagues can rely on it every day.

At Texta we have built a wide range of internal AI tools and automatisations that our specialists use in their daily work with ads, emails, content and data. Now we are looking for a new colleague who can help with the operation of it all and ensure it runs stably while we build further.

As our new Junior AI Specialist you will work closely with our AI, Automation & Growth Director, who will train you and provide you with plenty of sparring along the way.

We want AI to be something that is actually used

Our goal is not impressive demos, but tools that create real value for our colleagues and customers. It requires someone to keep an eye on how things behave in practice, and not let go until they know why something went wrong.

You will primarily work with the operation of our internal AI platform and the integrations and automatisations that are connected to it. In addition you will assist with technical client tasks such as automatisations, data enrichment and integrations. We handle customer dialogue and meetings so you can focus on making the solutions work.

You will, among other things,...

• monitor and debug our AI tools when a colleague reports that something isn’t working
• dive into logs, databases and API calls to find the cause of errors and odd behaviour
• follow up on consumption and costs across our AI solutions
• maintain and improve existing integrations and automatisations
• document how things fit together so knowledge isn’t only in one person’s head
• assist with technical client tasks.

You’ll be a good fit if you …

• are a recent graduate in computer science or similar and have an interest in operations, integrations and automatisation
• want to become really skilled at operating AI solutions
• have worked with TypeScript and SQL in studies or personal projects and are comfortable debugging in logs, databases and API calls
• already use Claude in your daily life and have built or automatised something with it
• are genuinely happy when you find the fault after a long investigation
• prefer doing things thoroughly rather than quickly
• prefer an informal work environment with room for laughter, professionalism and a high ceiling.

Texta is a digital marketing agency with offices in Aarhus and Holstebro. But even though we are an agency, there are no sharp elbows or performance rushes. We believe that going to work should be fun. Therefore we place a high value on community. Both when it comes to sparring in daily work, but also after work.

Today we are about 30 colleagues across our two offices. In addition, there are about 10 part-time employees who work remotely. Our team consists of sharp specialists in communication, email marketing, inbound marketing, paid advertising, graphic design, brand design, translation, copywriting and proofreading.
