Jurist (part-time)

We are looking for a dedicated and structured jurist – either a student or a graduate – to support our business with legal tasks on a part-time basis.

Scan‑Plast is an international company that develops, produces and markets a wide range of products and solutions manufactured wholly or partly in fiber-reinforced composite materials. Our activities are diverse, and we have ongoing need for legal sparring in several areas.

About the position

As a jurist at Scan‑Plast you will have a versatile part-time role, working on legal tasks across the organization. The position can be adapted depending on whether you are a law student or a graduate jurist, and there will be flexibility regarding working hours. You will work closely with management and relevant internal departments and gain insight into many different legal issues in a practical everyday setting.

Your tasks include

• Drafting, reviewing and adjusting contracts and agreements.
• Legal sparring in connection with supplier and customer agreements.
• Working with general commercial-law issues.
• Contributing to handling of compliance and documentation tasks.
• Ad hoc legal tasks as needed.

About you

About you

You are either a law student or a graduate jurist and have an interest in commercial law and the practical application of law in a company. You work in a structured and independent manner and can translate legal theory into concrete and applicable solutions. Experience from student jobs or similar is an advantage, but not a requirement.
