About the job

At our partner company they work with modern and high-tech production equipment – including their Hundegger saw.

A Hundegger saw is not an ordinary saw. It is a computer-controlled processing machine, which can saw, drill, mill and tailor timber joints with a precision of a few millimeters. The machine receives digital drawings directly from their design department and converts them into finished timber components, which later become part of roof structures and trusses.

As an operator you will be the person who ensures that advanced technology and craftsmanship come together in a higher unity. You monitor production, prepare materials, perform quality control and help ensure that every single wooden part is manufactured correctly.

What makes the job exciting?

  • You work with modern CNC-controlled technology.
  • You see digital drawings become physical timber structures.
  • You take responsibility for a central part of the production.
  • You combine technical understanding with practical work.
  • You become part of a company where precision and quality are crucial.

Who can thrive in the role?

You do not necessarily need to know a Hundegger saw beforehand. The most important thing is that you are curious about technology, want to learn new things and thrive with responsibility. Experience from production, the wood industry, machine operation or CNC-controlled systems is an advantage, but not a requirement.

At our partner, thorough onboarding is provided so you learn both the machine and the production.

Shortly stated: A Hundegger saw is somewhat the wood industry’s answer to an advanced CNC processing center – and as an operator you help transform raw wood into precise building components using modern technology.
