Canteen Manager for an Educational Institution in Odense C

Can you create a canteen that students and staff look forward to visiting? At The Cantina we are seeking a canteen manager who will lead the daily operations and put their mark on the food and the experience around it.

The canteen is a natural hub at the educational institution. We want it to be an inspiring place to walk into: with good service, inviting food and ideas drawn from the green kitchen and from all corners of the world. We prioritise organic ingredients where possible.

You will have daily responsibility for the canteen and work with a colleague in a flexible job who helps with checkout, dishwashing and transport trolleys. You also have close contact with the institution and The Cantina's management about the canteen's development.

The Cantina is a small family-owned company where you join as part of the management team of 6 leaders across our company.

Your tasks will include

• Plan and prepare canteen food and meeting refreshments
• Create variation with green dishes and inspiration from different food cultures
• Ensure that food, presentation and service maintain a high quality
• Collaborate with the institution on meetings and events
• Order goods and handle self-inspection
• Develop the canteen in collaboration with The Cantina

The position is full-time with work Monday to Friday and some evening events. Salary according to collective agreement.
