Get an insight into the role of Consultant at Basico

A motivating and developing daily life

The position is for you who are interested in expanding your financial toolbox and motivated by the consultant life, where two days are never the same. We prepare you for the role of consultant and support your development through exciting projects and a tailored training program.

With a solid professional foundation in your toolkit you will become an important part of our clients' finance function, where you:

• Assist with accounting-, controlling- and analytical tasks
• Participate in month-end close and prepare management reports
• Contribute to structuring, designing and optimizing processes
• Participate in change projects and larger transformations in the finance function.

Your tasks will be very varied, and you will typically sit three to six months with the same client, after which you move on to new exciting projects. You will therefore gain experience with different tasks and professional challenges in the finance function, which equips you for the next step in your development.

Before your first client project you will receive a solid introduction to our business and culture. We place great emphasis on assembling the right team and matching your skills and goals with the client's needs. With a career coach and a buddy at your side we ensure you get a good start and get to know us. This way we ensure that you are assigned to tasks that suit you, and that you feel you always have your colleagues backing you for sparring and support. You will also continuously participate in skills development through our internal development program, Basico Academy.

After one year as a Basico you will have thus been on two to three client projects and built solid skills in accounting, controlling, and change projects. You have participated in training together with your peers and supplemented your consultant profile with courses in e.g. consulting skills, financial processes and project management. Last – but not least – you have participated in our Consultant Camp and annual AwayDay.

A professional and social community

As a consultant in CFO Services you will have engaged colleagues, all motivated to assist our clients and support the CFO's agenda. The day-to-day is typically spent at the clients, and on Fridays most consultants work from the Basico office, so there is an opportunity to cultivate the professional and social community.

Our office in Tuborg Havn overlooking Øresund and our office in Aarhus in the groundbreaking TRÆ form the framework for a culture with high professionalism, freedom and community. Your foundation and your qualifications – so far

• You will complete your master's degree in the summer of 2027.
• You have practical experience from student jobs in a finance function e.g. in accounting or reporting.
• You have an understanding of data analysis and are comfortable with large data sets.
• You are good at communicating, collaborating and building relationships.
• You can express yourself effortlessly in both Danish and English.
