Kindergarten Educator at Børnegården

We are seeking a professionally strong and present pedagogue for 37 hours, with the oldest children in the kindergarten, in Børnegården.

Who will you become part of?

You will become part of a team of four educators and 3 pedagogical assistants/helpers, who work closely together to create safe, clear and developmental learning environments for all children.

The team includes strong competencies in language, motor skills, children’s participation opportunities, evaluation and collaboration with interdisciplinary partners. We rely on each other and lift together.

Your leader

Your nearest leader is Michelle, who is visible in everyday life, close to practice and focused on professional development, clear frameworks and a good working environment.

You will experience a leader who focuses on listening, creating direction and development together with you and the team.
