About the job

Are you an engaged and passionate clinical pharmacist with a desire to be part of a dynamic team at a hospital pharmacy? We are seeking a clinical pharmacist who will help us strengthen and develop the pharmacy's role in medication review and medication management.

Your area of responsibility

Your primary task is to conduct medication reviews on request from clinical departments. You will thus actively participate in interdisciplinary teams, where you work closely with doctors and nurses to ensure optimal medication therapy. Your professional abilities will be put to good use, and you will have the opportunity to apply the breadth of your pharmaceutical education.

Another task is to contribute to one of the pharmacy's core tasks by advising on medicines, both regarding the choice of the right medicine and its use.

Finally, the position includes leading projects and research activities within clinical pharmacy. We are particularly engaged in the new opportunities found in the new health reform, where the pharmacy's tasks may change to meet the new needs.

About you

  • You have a degree as a pharmacist – preferably with a specialization in clinical pharmacy
  • You have experience in leading and evaluating clinical pharmacy projects – including publishing the results in scientific articles
  • You are curious and open to new methods and approaches within pharmaceutical practice
  • You have good communication skills and thrive with collaboration across professional disciplines
  • You are proactive and can see opportunities to develop and improve workflows
  • You look forward to working in an environment where development and learning are at the forefront
