Are you our next pioneer?

To succeed in the role you should have a master's degree in pharmaceutical science, biology, chemistry, engineering or a similar field, preferably combined with relevant professional experience.

Furthermore we envisage that you have the following qualifications

  • Advantageous with experience within GMP areas e.g., quality events, risk assessments, validations, tests, documentation and preparation for inspections
  • Interest in primary packaging materials in a GMP-regulated environment
  • Interest in aseptic filling processes and a willingness to provide support to daily production
  • Ability to collaborate across production, technical support, QA/QC, suppliers and external partners
  • A continuous improvement mindset and curiosity about developments in primary packaging and filling technologies
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to translate specialist knowledge into clear recommendations for stakeholders and management
  • Danish and English, spoken and written, are required

About you

As a person you are structured, quality-conscious and comfortable taking ownership of complex technical topics. You thrive on cross-functional collaboration and are motivated by ensuring robust processes, strong compliance and practical solutions that support production.

You are also comfortable guiding others and sharing your expertise in a clear and supportive way.

Why choose us?

  • You will work closely with a wide range of stakeholders
  • You contribute to continuous improvements and state-of-the-art solutions in primary packaging materials and filling
  • You will use your expertise to qualify decisions, support junior colleagues and strengthen cross-functional collaboration
