Cook/pizza baker wanted for La Fattoria di Virum

La Fattoria di Virum is seeking a skilled and dedicated cook/pizza baker for our Italian pizzeria in Virum.

We focus on Italian cooking and pizzas prepared with good ingredients. We are therefore looking for an employee who has experience from a restaurant, pizzeria or similar and can actively participate in the daily operation of the kitchen.

Arbejdsopgaver

• Preparation and readying of pizza dough
• Shaping, preparation and baking of pizzas
• Preparation of ingredients, toppings, cheeses and sauces
• Preparation and plating of other dishes from the restaurant's menu
• Checking and proper storage of ingredients
• Ensuring the quality of the finished dishes
• Cleaning and tidying in the kitchen
• Compliance with food hygiene and self-monitoring regulations
• Collaboration with the other staff and participation in the daily kitchen operations

We expect you to have relevant experience as a cook/pizza baker or from similar kitchen work. You must be able to work independently, be responsible and maintain an overview during busy periods. Experience with Italian cuisine and pizza baking is a plus.

Ansættelsesvilkår

The position is full-time, 37 hours per week.
