Fynske Bank continues to experience a significant influx of customers and is therefore seeking another customer advisor for the Fredericia department. Here you will have the opportunity to use your advisory skills and local knowledge to develop strong customer relationships in the area.

Based on Fynske Bank's advisory concept you create needs-based solutions that take into account customers' finances, life situation and long-term plans.

Your main tasks include

• Advise private customers about housing, pension, investments and the overall private economy.
• Develop and strengthen relationships with new and existing customers.
• Ensure professional credit handling and identify solutions that create value for both the customer and the bank.

You will be responsible for a smaller existing client portfolio. This gives you time and opportunity to develop new customer relationships and actively contribute to the department's continued growth.

You will become part of the Fredericia department, which falls under Region Kolding. The region consists of around 40 engaged colleagues with great commitment, high professionalism and good camaraderie.

You have a financial education and several years of experience as a customer advisor. You are motivated by personal advisory and have solid advisory skills in housing, pension and investment

It is important that you

• work with good business sense and are action-oriented
• are good at creating new relationships and developing them into long-term customer relationships
• work independently, take responsibility and are strong in your credit handling
• meet customers and colleagues with energy, engagement and a positive mindset.

It would also be an advantage if you already have good local knowledge and a network in Fredericia and the surrounding area.
