We are looking for a private advisor for our department in Haderslev – an advisor who is motivated by creating long-lasting relationships, giving customers an overview and being an important part of the local savings bank.

As a colleague has taken on new challenges internally in the savings bank, we now seek a private advisor for our Haderslev department. You will be responsible for a portfolio of private customers and become part of a department where we work closely together to create good customer experiences. For the right candidate the role can also develop with a special responsibility for investment in the department – but the most important thing is that you are a skilled and experienced private advisor who can build trust, quality and momentum in the customer dialogue.

Sydjysk Sparekasse in Haderslev

In Haderslev you will become part of a department with both private and business customers, good spirits and plenty of room. We are close to the customers and engage in the local community, because we believe that strong relationships are the foundation for both good advice and a good workplace. The Haderslev team consists of 15 employees in total and we today have an informal tone, good humor and a sense of community where we achieve our goals together.

Your role

As a private advisor you will be responsible for a portfolio of private customers, where you work with holistic advice within, among other things, housing, pension, investment and day-to-day finances. The portfolio can be assembled according to your competences and wishes, but also with good development opportunities.

In daily life you plan and conduct client meetings, work structurally with your portfolio and actively contribute to the department's development. You get freedom with responsibility and the opportunity to make decisions close to the customer - with support from colleagues, management and specialists when the customer's needs require it. The ability to make a decision and help the customer move forward quickly is one of the savings bank's strengths, contributing to a good customer experience.

If you have a special interest and experience within investments, for the right candidate there may be an opportunity to take a more visible role as the department's investment lead. This means that you can become the colleague who helps strengthen investment focus, shares knowledge and supports your colleagues in the good customer dialogue about investment in the form of either sparring or participation in meetings.

• Have experience as a private advisor and a relevant financial education.
• Thrive with responsibility for a customer portfolio and are motivated to create strong and long-lasting customer relationships.
• Are professionally skilled and can advise customers end-to-end.
• Communicate clearly and create security in the meeting with the customer.
• Work structured, follow up and take responsibility for both the customers and the community in the department.
• Have an interest in investment - and perhaps experience that makes you ready to take a special responsibility in the area.
