Moment Search & Selection is seeking on behalf of Andelskassen customer advisors for a new advisory center with a particular focus on clients in the Private Banking segment. With its new headquarters and several branches in Aarhus, Andelskassen has already established a solid foothold in the city – and now the bank is expanding in Højbjerg with brand-new, modern premises that will be ready in 2026.

As a customer advisor you will have a diverse everyday life in a safe, professional and positive working environment. The advisory services take place where it provides the most value for the client: in the bank, online or in the customer's own home.

Your tasks include

• Build and develop your own client portfolio through proactive outreach, networking and relevant events
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with both existing and new customers
• Advise Private Banking clients on the full spectrum – from pensions and investments to housing and daily finances
• Contribute both professionally and socially to the development of the new advisory center and team culture

Who are you?

The team in Højbjerg needs to be built – and the most important thing is that you can help create a strong professional foundation in the new advisory center. There may be several entry points, but the common denominator is a financial background as a private advisor and experience with hands-on advice to private clients. You may have previously helped start something up or bring many years of advisory experience – preferably with an interest in reading financial statements.

You may be the proactive type who networks naturally and builds close relationships – or you may be the approachable and empathetic advisor who embraces the full professional spectrum and creates security for the customers. Regardless of profile, we emphasize that you take responsibility, work independently and engage with both customers and colleagues.
