Learning and Wellbeing Advisor at Gyvelhøjskolen

Gyvelhøjskolen seeks a dedicated Learning and Wellbeing Advisor who, in close collaboration with our skilled teachers and pedagogues, strengthens students' academic, personal and social well-being in a motivating learning environment.

Gyvelhøjskolen is a departmentally organized 3-4 track school with 570 pupils and nearly 70 staff. The number of students is increasing and we are looking forward to an exciting future. The school is located in beautiful and child-friendly nature and with a solid connection to the local community in Galten, where there is direct access to the motorway and only 20 minutes' drive to Aarhus, Silkeborg and Skanderborg.

Your tasks will include, in close collaboration with management, teachers and pedagogues, to

• Support the continued development of motivating learning environments where all students experience privileged positions
• Consistency in routines and structures across year groups and departments
• Work on the development of and follow-up on action plans - and their implementation in practice
• Participate in the municipality's well-being and absence network
• Observation of and sparring with teams about learning environments
• Contribute with presentations and sparring around, for example, Co-teaching
• Participate in collaboration meetings, network meetings and parent conversations
• Provide examples of good practice
• Other routine teaching tasks to be agreed with management

We expect you to have the following qualifications

• Experience with guidance, co-teaching and special educational tools.
• Educated as a teacher
• Relevant further education, for example cand. pæd.
• High ambitions and a strong drive for development
• A clear and appreciative approach to colleagues, students and parents
• Strong interpersonal qualifications with a natural ability to communicate and collaborate

Appointment from January 1, 2027.
