What will you work with?

As a warehouse and logistics operator apprentice you will have the opportunity to try your hand at various tasks within warehousing and logistics. You will gain insight into the processes that ensure goods are handled and safely forwarded to their next destination.

Your tasks will include, among other things

• Driving with a forklift and receiving goods.
• Structuring and placing goods in the warehouse.
• Valuation of scrap materials from production.
• Picking and packing of goods.
• IT-based warehouse management.
• Loading trucks with goods for shipment.

Working hours

• Monday to Thursday 7:00–15:10.
• Friday 7:00–14:40.

A little about BIRN
