Do you thrive in a fast pace, have an overview and enjoy seeing things move? As a logistics apprentice at Actona Group you will be part of a team that every day ensures that furniture reaches customers around the world. You will get right into the heart of the operation in an international company and learn logistics from the ground up.

As a logistics apprentice you will be trained by experienced colleagues and gain practical experience in areas such as warehouse management, inbound and outbound planning, transport and distribution in an international environment.

You will become part of a team where pace, collaboration and precision go hand in hand. From day one you will participate in the daily tasks with your colleagues, and you will gradually take on more responsibility – always with structured training and close coaching. Through working with real logistics tasks you combine theory and practice and build a solid understanding of how an international company operates from warehousing to delivery.

A tailored program focused on your development

As a logistics apprentice you become part of a structured training program that combines practical experience with theoretical instruction. You gain insight into several different areas of the logistics department and build a broad understanding of logistics processes in an international company.

Your development is supported through ongoing feedback, mentor support and an individualized development plan. We focus on both your academic and personal development throughout the entire trainee program.

In parallel with your work at Actona Group you complete the theoretical part of the logistics education as part of your trainee program.

We would like to hear about your interests and your motivation for working with logistics – both now and in the longer term. Your tasks will develop in step with your skills and where your strengths fit best.

The logistics trainee program typically lasts 2 years and includes rotation between relevant logistics functions such as warehousing, transport and planning.
