The Job

We are seeking a warehouse employee with the right mindset. If you think logically, see opportunities and dare to contribute with good ideas, this might be you we are looking for. You do not need many years of experience, as long as you have the will and desire to learn and take responsibility. You will become part of a development-focused team where both the team leader and management back up good proposals and improvements, while keeping the warehouse running.

As a warehouse worker you will play an important role in ensuring a smooth flow of raw materials to production and at the same time support the finished goods warehouse with packing and order preparation. You will have a varied daily routine, working across the raw material warehouse and finished goods warehouse and contribute to the daily operation functioning efficiently.

Your tasks span broadly and include among others

• Unloading and loading of trucks
• Goods receipt, handling of raw materials and setup of warehouse automation
• Incoming inspection
• Ensuring correct FIFO handling

You ensure distribution of goods to production, forklift driving between departments, restocking of storage shelves and packing of orders in the finished goods warehouse.

In the position you also have the opportunity to contribute beyond daily operations. We are looking for a profile that dares to challenge existing processes, sees optimization opportunities and wants to come with ideas for more efficient workflows and development of warehouse operations.

Working hours Monday-Thursday 07.00-15.30 and 07.00-15.00 on Friday.

Your Profile

We imagine that you have experience from a warehouse. The most important is, however, that you have the right attitude, are quick to learn and want to become part of the team.

We expect that you

• Have a forklift certificate
• Have a category B driving license
• Are logically minded and good at seeing solutions
• Want to contribute with improvements and ideas
• Are reliable, responsible and ready to take on tasks
• Can present a clean criminal record
