Landscape gardener for paving and green maintenance in Vallensbæk Strand

We are looking for a landscape gardener for paving, planting and operation in Vallensbæk Strand.

You will become part of a larger civil engineering contractor, where everyday life spans widely. There is work with both construction projects, green maintenance and tasks where several trades must work together. The positions are located around Vallensbæk Strand, and you can work alone, in pairs or in a team depending on the task. The company invests in greener machines and tools, so the environment can also be felt in the way the work is solved.

The role suits you who can roll up your sleeves and switch between soil, plants, paving and machinery without making things more complicated than they are. You will have a daily life with soil under your boots and colleagues around you when the task requires more hands. Here, people help each other across crews, and it makes a difference on the long days.

What you get Salary: 180-220 DKK per hour

Work area: Vallensbæk Strand and surroundings

Colleagues: Approximately 70 employees

Contract: Employed under the applicable collective agreement

Your daily life

On site, the day revolves around getting base, edges, soil and plants to fit in the right order. You work practically with paving, planting, maintenance and soil work, and machines are a natural part of the tasks. When winter service is on the agenda, the rhythm changes, but the agreements still have to be kept.

You will among other things work with

• Carries out paving work on construction projects
• Plants and establishes green areas
• Operates green maintenance and upkeep
• Performs soil work and prepares the base
• Uses machines and assists with winter service

The motto is simple: It should be fun to go to work. It doesn’t mean the days are easy, but that people talk properly together and get things done.

We are looking for you who can check most boxes

We do not expect you to have done everything before. But you must be able to see a task and take it on.

We imagine that you

• Have a driving license
• Have at least 1 year of experience as a landscape gardener or from construction work
• Can work with paving, planting, maintenance or soil work
• Show up reliably and keep your agreements
• Speak up if something does not fit on site

It’s an advantage if you have prior experience with machine operation or winter service. But the most important is that you enjoy a practical daily life where the work is done properly.
