Law student with an interest in tort law and sickness benefit recoveries to HjulmandKaptain Are you a law student with an interest in tort law and sickness benefit recoveries, and would you like to work with the field in practice? Then we have a whole team of colleagues who look forward to welcoming you.

We are looking for two law students who are passionate about the law, and who want to further develop and apply their legal skills in practice. With us you will be part of a team with extensive experience in personal injury compensation and sickness benefit recoveries, where you will get responsibility and the opportunity for professional development through close sparring with experienced colleagues. You should also be eager to be part of an ambitious law firm, where we collaborate across departments to achieve the best results for our clients.

You get a solid start to your career As a law student at HjulmandKaptain you will gain insight into the day-to-day life of a lawyer and the opportunity to apply your study knowledge in practice. You will become acquainted with sickness benefit recoveries and will have many different case-related tasks, where you will help with:

• Investigate and assess the possibility of sickness benefit recoveries
• Assess the basis of liability, including causal relationship
• Calculate and submit sickness benefit recovery claims
• Have contact with insurance companies, sick-listed citizens, authorities etc.
• Take responsibility for the progress of the cases

You will have a place at our office in Aarhus The workplace is our office in Aarhus, and the working hours are about 15 hours per week.
