We will work purposefully to create a shared culture, strong professional communities and uniform patient pathways across geography and specialties.
Why you should choose us

About the position

In addition, you should have a focus on patient rights, correct registration, data quality and capacity utilization as well as the development of workflows and digital solutions.
We are seeking a leader who understands that changes affect people differently, and who meets employees with curiosity, respect and empathy. You must be able to build trust, listen and be present, while at the same time being able to set direction and make decisions.
The secretariat group consists of 15 skilled secretaries distributed across the three sites, and your workplace will therefore be spread between the sites.
From 2028, the majority of the secretaries will be based at SUH Køge, but there will continue to be activity at the other hospitals.
We imagine that you

- Contribute to the development of future patient pathways and administrative solutions
Your tasks will include, among others
