As a day-care provider you work at home in safe surroundings, where hugs and smiles are a natural part of everyday life. Your tasks

• Create security and good relationships with children and parents.
• Plan your day based on the needs of the group of children.
• Work pedagogically with focus on the children's well-being, learning and development.
• Participate in play group and events for the children's enjoyment.
• Collaborate with cross-disciplinary partners such as speech therapists and health services.

You will receive support to translate the day-care's curriculum into the best framework for the children's development. In the coming year we will focus on the child perspective, formation and communities.

Salary and employment

Start date: 1 January 2027

Your salary and employment terms follow the applicable collective agreement. The starting salary for a full-time employee is 28,406 DKK per month + pension. In addition, a function and qualification wage is negotiated based on the pre-agreement, your experience and personal qualifications. The work week is 48 hours with accrual of compensatory time off as compensation.
