There is a lot of activity at Lejeboligmægleren, and we are therefore looking for another skilled rental agent for our department in Aalborg.

Lejeboligmægleren is a nationwide company with offices in Copenhagen, Aarhus, Odense and Aalborg. We specialize in rental housing and collaborate with both professional real estate investors, property companies and private landlords on everything from single homes to larger project developments.

We are the link between landlord and tenant and work every day to ensure a professional and efficient rental process as well as a good experience for both parties.

We are a growing company with the ambition to be the largest and preferred rental property broker in Denmark – and we are now looking for a new colleague who wants to join us on the journey.

About the job

As a rental agent, your primary task will be to rent out our clients' homes and ensure the right match between home and tenant.

You will have a varied day with many properties and customer inquiries in progress at the same time. Therefore, it is important that you work in a structured manner, follow your tasks through to completion and at the same time ensure professional and personal service to both tenants and landlords.

You will become part of a young and energetic team where collaboration, sparring and good results are in focus. We work closely together, but you will also have a lot of freedom and responsibility for your own tasks.

The position is full-time and there will be weekend work, which at present is every 3rd weekend.

It is a requirement that you have a driver's license, as a large part of the working day takes place on viewings. When you are not on the go, you have your daily base at our office at Alexander Foss Gade 15 in Aalborg.

Your tasks will include, among other things

· Showings and rental of properties.

· Communication and coordination with current and potential tenants.

· Responding to inquiries via various platforms and by phone.

Your qualifications

To thrive in the role of rental agent, it is important that you focus on service, strong communication and a positive attitude. You should also have familiarity with Aalborg and the surrounding area and be able to communicate in both Danish and English.

Experience from the real estate industry, sales or customer service is an advantage, but not a requirement. For us, your personality, your drive and your approach to customers are at least as important.
