License Specialist

Apply here!

Do you have a flair for Microsoft Licenses and would you like to be part of a rapidly developing team where you can put your own stamp? Then you may well be the License Specialist we are looking for to our Software team.

About the role

You will become part of our software team and play a central role in advising customers about Microsoft's licensing universe across, among others, Microsoft 365, Azure, Security, Dynamics and other cloud-based solutions. Your task is to create clarity in something that is often experienced as complex and help customers make choices that are both right for the business and realistic in practice.

You will have a central role in building and maintaining relationships with our software suppliers to ensure up-to-date knowledge about license changes and new products. In addition, your tasks will include preparing proposals for customers based on their specific requirements and business goals, as well as administering and handling orders and ensuring correct delivery of licenses and services to our customers. You will become part of the entire licensing procurement process, including negotiating terms and ensuring timely delivery.

You will have significant influence on how we work with license advisory and customer experience and you will become part of an area in development where there is room for both professional deepening and new ideas.

About you

We envision that you have experience with license and customer advisory within Microsoft. If you have experience with CSP and EA agreements, that would be an advantage, but it is not a requirement. You will collaborate with different customer types, where the complexity is often high. Therefore it is important that you have a natural curiosity and a desire to understand the customer's business in depth, so you can advise based on their needs and provide guidance on the most optimal licensing solutions within Microsoft products and services.

As a person you are outgoing and possess good communication skills, such that you are able to convey and present complex material to customers and stakeholders. In addition you have a structured approach to your work and you thrive in an advisory role.
