your tasks

You will have the central responsibility for payroll processing and reconciliation of both hourly and salaried payroll for our client, ensuring correct data and meeting all deadlines. In addition, your primary tasks will include the following:

•You manage the payroll run from A to Z, including loading time registration data, setups and handling of allowances, etc., in Visma Løn.

•You reconcile payroll accounts in Business Central (BC14) and perform a precise 3-point reconciliation between e-income, payroll system, and ERP.

•You ensure correct payroll settlements by continuously checking the flexi-benefits account, holiday flex hours and vacation days.

•You handle the submission of daily allowance and maternity/refund applications, so the company receives the correct refunds.

your profile

As a person you have a sharp eye for detail, and it comes naturally to you to find and correct undesirable data. It would be a clear advantage if you already understand the interaction between Time Plan and Visma Løn and have worked in Business Central. Most importantly, you have an overview and your ability to ensure a correct data basis for every payroll run. In addition, we would like to see that:

•You are an experienced and quality-conscious payroll accountant who thrives on taking ownership of your tasks. You navigate payroll systems confidently and know the pitfalls.

•You have solid experience with payroll for both hourly and salaried employees.

•You have in-depth knowledge of collective agreements, ideally with experience within Danish Industry (DI).

•You are proficient in reconciling payroll accounts and status postings in an ERP system.
