At Engskrænten Nursing Home we are looking for engaged and flexible regular temp staff , who want the security of permanent employment combined with a varied workday. Are you a social and healthcare helper, a social and healthcare assistant, or do you have experience from the care sector, then you may be the one we are looking for.

About the position

As a regular temp you will be an important part of our staff group. You help create stability in daily life by covering shifts due to illness, vacation, courses and other absences.

You will be permanently employed on a monthly salary with an agreed hourly rate that matches the hours you are able to deliver. Some of your shifts will be known in advance. The remaining shifts are planned continuously in collaboration with the workplace via Vagtplan Web.

Your tasks

• Care for and attend to residents

We are looking for a colleague who

• Is trained SSH or SSA, or has relevant experience in the elderly care field
• Works independently and takes responsibility
• Is flexible and sees opportunities rather than limitations
• Has good collaboration skills
• Can build good relationships with residents, relatives and colleagues
• Wants to be an active part of daily life at Engskrænten

About the working hours

Some of your shifts will be planned in advance, for example

• Weekend shifts
• Holiday shifts
• Day shifts

The remaining shifts will be continuously posted in Vagtplan Web, where you may bid on the shifts that fit your employment scope.

Working hours are calculated over a period of 24 weeks, which provides flexibility and the possibility of a varied work rhythm.

Practical information

We conduct interviews regularly and hire continuously in the period 1-11-2026 to 1-3-2027.
