🚜 Machine operator – we’ll teach you the machine, if you can figure out the rest

No, we do not expect that you have operated our machines before.

That would actually be impressive, because they are quite special. 😄

We are looking for more machine operators with a base at the company address, who have experience with machines, can take responsibility for a workday, and want a job where Denmark and Sweden become part of the workplace.

⚙️ The special machine we will get to know

The company specializes in deep cleaning of sand and loose gravel on playgrounds and sports facilities and works with its own patented cleaning machines.

You will therefore not just be thrown into the driver's seat with a “good luck!” 👋😅

In the beginning you work with your fixed partner and learn the entire task from the ground up:

🔹 Preparation of the work area

🔹 Shovel work and practical groundwork

🔹 Cleanup

🔹 Quality checks

🔹 Contact with customers on the tasks

When the workflows are second nature, you will receive thorough training on the machines, so that in time you can operate them independently.

🚜 The most important? You have machine understanding

Whether you are a trained landscape gardener, come from the contractor industry, or have learned everything through practical experience, is not decisive.

We are looking for you who

✅ Have experience operating and handling machines

✅ Have a B driving license – BE is a plus

✅ Have good physical fitness and are happy to pick up a shovel

✅ Thrive working outdoors in varying weather

✅ Can work independently and take responsibility

✅ Are good with people and can handle customer contact

✅ Are ready for periods of travel work

✅ Can handle the practical things yourself when you are away

You can learn the machine. Work ethic and common sense should preferably come from home. 😉

🇩🇰🇸🇪 Workplace: Denmark – and occasionally Sweden

You should expect up to 100 travel days per year .

In Zealand you will typically be home in your own bed every night. In Jutland there may be a need for overnight stays, while the work in Sweden can mean trips of up to 3-4 weeks at a time .

When you are away, meals and accommodation are covered according to the applicable rates.

You must be able to manage the travel work independently – even when the hotel needs to be booked, and everyday life has to function far from home.

Not a huge construction site with 80 people, where half don’t know what the other half is doing.

There are two of you – and you get the job done.
