Machining smith sought for an exciting company near Kolding

We are looking for a tinsmith for metal processing for a company near Kolding. You will become part of the production, where your primary tasks will be to prepare and process various metal workpieces so they are ready for further production.

It is a versatile position where you will work with machines, hand tools and different forms of metalworking.

Arbejdsopgaver

• Sawing and cutting metal to specifications
• Machining and preparing metal workpieces
• Deburring, grinding and fitting
• Drilling and possibly threading
• Measurement and inspection of parts according to drawings or measurements
• Preparation of materials for the next stage of production
• Handling of different types of steel and metal
• Operating saws, drill presses and other production machines
• Light assembly and fitting of parts
• Ensuring order and quality in daily work

Faglige Kvalifikationer

• You have a background as tinsmith, blacksmith, industrial technician or similar
• Experience with metalworking and processing
• Experience with sawing and cutting metal
• You can read and understand simple technical drawings
• You have knowledge of measuring tools such as calipers and tape measure
• You preferably have experience with machines for sawing, drilling and grinding
• You can work independently and follow targets and specifications
• Forklift license is an advantage, but not a requirement

Personlige kvalifikationer

• You have reliable attendance
• You have a structured approach to the work tasks
• You have a sense of order, are flexible and service-minded
