Rustfast blacksmith wanted for special tasks in Roskilde - TIG welding and varied workshop work

Are you skilled at TIG welding in stainless steel, and do you want to work with various special tasks rather than monotonous mass production?

Here you get a permanent workplace at a well-equipped workshop in Roskilde, where solutions are produced according to customer needs. The work is mainly within stainless steel sheet processing.

Your primary task will be TIG welding, but you will also work with assembly, fitting, grinding and finishing of various components.

The company has many years of experience with production for, among other things, the machine, kitchen and pharmaceutical industries and has a wide machine park with good workshop facilities.

Your everyday

You will mainly be working with TIG welding and processing of stainless components.

Your tasks include, among others

• TIG welding in stainless steel
• Assembly and fitting of stainless sheet parts and constructions
• Grinding and finishing of welds
• Working according to technical drawings and measurements
• Drilling and other practical workshop tasks
• Quality control of dimensions, finish and quality

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for a trained smith with several years of experience in stainless steel and TIG welding.

You are used to working independently, can read technical drawings and care about delivering a proper piece of craftsmanship.

We expect that you

• Have experience with TIG welding in stainless steel
• Preferably have experience with stainless sheet processing
• Can work independently from technical drawings
• Have an eye for precision, finish and quality
• Are flexible and help with other tasks in the workshop
• Are reliable and work well with your colleagues

Practical information

Employment: Permanent full-time position with direct employment at the company.
